Minimum of a Bachelor's degree Likely you are an Operations or Production Supervisor or Manager for a well-branded food or beverage manufacturer. Promotable based on performance and company need. Minimum of 3+ years production supervision or management (supervise group of 15+) and 4 to 9 years consumer packaging production experience  Can demonstrate comfort and success measuring packaging performance with KPI's metrics. (line efficiencies, cost per unit, safety, turnover) Willing to manage an off shift Regional candidates to Eastern Pennsylvania will be considered first.
