Job Description:

We have an excellent opportunity for a Production Supervisor that possesses a strong compression molding background in a manufacturing facility.  Overtime pay and excellent benefits are offered.  Relocation assistance will be offered to the ideal candidate. 

 

Our ideal candidate possesses the following:

3 - 5 years experience working as a Production Supervisor in an automotive component manufacturing facilityDirect, hands-on supervisory experienceAutomotive component manufacturing experience Production planning experience Automotive / High-volume manufacturing experienceSolid analytical and problem solving skillsEffective communication skillsProven ability to supervise a staff of 10 - 40, 3rd shift employees
