Production Supervisor 2nd Shift - Clear Lake,Wisconsin

Specialty Coating Systems, has an immediate and exciting opportunity for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor in our modern Clear Lake facility.

Clear Lake is located in scenic, pristine and historic Polk County, about 50 NW of Saint Paul, and home to the regions most beautiful rivers, lakes, valleys and vistas.  In addition to working for a worldwide leader in Parylene conformal coating services, equipment and materials, you also get to spend your free time sailing the waterways of the majestic St. Croix Riverway, biking the nearly 50 mile long Gandy Dancer Trail, or teeing it up on one of the county’s seven golf courses.

You will be responsible for daily parylene coating services and associated maintenance of all equipment.  You will supervises a well trained work force to ensure work is done safely, on-time and in a cost-effective way, with the highest quality standards met.  Working with engineering, you will help in continuously improving the quality and efficiency of all phases of production. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
