We have an immediate need for a Production Manager.  This position will offer great advancement opportunity, competitive salary based on experience, strong benefits package and relocation assistance.  Our client is a well-known and respected manufacturer in Central Arkansas with primary processes being injection molding and metal stamping.

Responsibilities:

Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead timer of each operation Analyzes production specs and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools and human resources requirements Workflow scheduling Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions Prepares production reports Prepares lists of required materials, tools and equipment Supervisory duties

Qualifications

5+ years of manufacturing production management experience (preferably in injection molding or stamping environment) College degree and/or specialized training related to manufacturing processes and methodologies Previous automotive industry helpful Proven mathematical skills in a production environment Strong communication skills Demonstrable Planning and Scheduling experience Workflow analysis Strong supervisory skills
