Description: Eaton Corporation located in Warwick, RI has an opening for a Product Sales Engineer. The primary function and overall purpose of this position is to identify, develop and close sales opportunities for the assigned Aerospace Division/Product Family.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Support the new business capture process as assigned by the Product Sales Engineer Manager.
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities working in conjunction with the Regional Account Management teams for the assigned Product Family.
* Develop win strategies through effective execution of Eatons value cycle tools and processes.
* Lead the product family capture team through the new business proposal development process for the assigned Product Family as required.
* Present the Eaton Value Proposition to the customer ensuring that the capture team secures maximum value for Eaton on awarded programs.
* Ensure effective management of sales opportunities through each stage of the selling cycle. Identify decision makers, coaches, users, technical buyers, and potential blockers ensuring their needs are met. This will result in increased win/loss ratios.
* Improve customer satisfaction through effective deployment of the KAPI tools and process. Support the interview process and closing resulting action items as assigned.
* Develop intake forecast and work with the momentum team to ensure annual intake objectives are achieved.
* Increase aftermarket sales performance by supporting the Aftermarket Sales Team. Provide the required leadership at the product family to bring upgrade and retrofit initiatives to market.
* Coordinate closely with the Product Family technical community and utilize strong product line knowledge when interfacing the customer.
* Support the Eaton capture team process as assigned when working on key platform opportunities.

401 Qualifications: * Requires a strong technical and application related understanding of Fluid Conveyance Products including fittings, ducting, tubing, and other related products.
* Relationship management skills, strong business acumen, strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
