Invest in you! Manage relatively complex systems related projects on new products in order to organize sales, growth, penetration and profitability.  Coordinate the efforts of various areas of the Bank in identifying the needs of target markets for one or more assigned products.Partnering with Retail Segment Managers, and other lines of business throughout the company, you will lead the design, development, testing and implementation of Online Banking and/or Billpay services. You will direct and manage competitive analyses, on-line/off-line integration strategies, cost-benefit-analyses, technology requirements, sales support, sales effectiveness, and marketing plan development relating to this multi-channel environment.  You will provide recommendations for project priorities based on sound judgment and data that optimize shareholder value and customer satisfaction.    Requirements Include:  5+ years experience managing Online Banking and/or Billpay enhancements.  You will have a solid working knowledge of systems architecture, developing business and technical requirements, and vendor options that support these services.  You will also have a proven track record applying product development discipline, developing effective strategic marketing plans, and cost-benefit-analyses.  You will have previously demonstrated ability to create compelling business cases to support marketing strategies, compliance requirements, as well as strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.  Must have proven leadership qualities to build and maintain an effective team.  MBA in Marketing/related area or equivalent experience.  Salary will be commensurate with experience. Union Bank of California offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including a 401K plan.
