We are looking for: Product Market Manager

Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Position Overview:

The Product Market Manager at Envoy Financial provides market place leadership, strategic direction and tactical support for the Church marketplace and ancillary products. The Product Market Manager builds strong working relationships with key stakeholders including relevant Envoy Departments, industry partners, vendors and industry regulators. The Product Market Manager ensures the alignment of products and services with Christian Values and Envoy's commitment to ministry. Excellent communication skills are a must. Quick thinking and problem solution insights will be a daily requirement. A commitment to excellence reflecting a "world class in the making" organization mentality required. Product volume, market penetration and profitability are the top three metrics for this position.

Structure of Organization:

The Product Market Manager is a part of our Marketing department, and will report directly to the CEO. There will also be significant interaction with our Executive Director.

Requirements:

* BA/BS degree with a minimum of 3 years marketing experience, MBA preferred
* Experience in Financial Services and/or related industry, either working directly in the industry or serving the industry, preferred.
* Background and comfortable with communication and project management software. Contact center industry exposure a plus.
* Ideal candidate has previous work experience in one or more of the following areas: marketing programs, product management, product marketing, market research, database marketing, brand management, and market management.
* Sales experience also a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build a brand as part of the Envoy Experience and within its systems
* Plan the product launch or new positioning for products
* Develop advertising and promotional strategies
* Set ongoing strategic goals
* Position and differentiate the product or delivery system from other companies
* Understand pricing sensitivity and oversee pricing strategies
* Coordinate, communicate, and encourage all individuals, departments and organizations that have a material role and impact on the success of the product/markets identified.
* Identify best opportunities for lead generation
* Coordinate sales and service training material development
* Oversee metric measurement
