We are seeking a PRODUCT MANAGER to assist in the development and management of our protective dunnage business. He/she will manage sales and margin performance of the dunnage product line, while supporting automotive market growth. The position will base from our Corporate Office in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities:

Thoroughly monitor and understand the competition. Develop market share data and price comparisons. Develop counter strategies. Identify new trends and customer needs. Lead product line extensions and new product innovations. Generate rolling 3-month and annual forecasts to assist manufacturing capacity planning. Provide product training to internal and external customers. Assist sales team in presentations to automotive customers. Travel up to 40%.

·        Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Packaging or Engineering.

·        They will have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role for a large size, ISO certified, industrial manufacturing company.

·        Past success in the area of new product development and improved financial performance.
