Description: Launched April 1st, 2008, eBay Partner Network is our new global affiliate platform that allows publishers to drive traffic to eBay and earn commissions. This platform is designed to more fully align the programs across eBay’s global properties and give publishers expanded access to revenue opportunities across its platforms.  As a Product Innovation Manager on the Publisher Development team you are responsible for developing and managing the vision and execution of eBay Partner Network’s next generation product and platform initiatives.   Your projects will satisfy a wide variety of publisher needs including tools, widgets, web-service integrations and platform enhancements. We are looking for innovative and entrepreneurial minded candidates who can drive technical solutions from the ground up. This requires active brainstorming, requirements gathering and technical implementation of ground-breaking solutions. If you are a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, market-driven environment, then we want to talk to you.  Primary Job Responsibilities:
Analyzing the competitive environment, customers, and product metrics to develop a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns the feature set with customer needs.
Partnering with the business development, operations and network quality teams to translate concepts into product solutions.
Driving global business / product requirements definition and product planning of new product features and working closely with a team of business analysts, designers and developers to bring the features and publisher tools live to the site.
Develop marketing and launch plans for key product initiatives in coordination with business development, PR and legal.
Managing the entire product lifecycle, including post-deployment evaluations and managing the bug process to ensure feature performance and stability.

Qualifications:

BA/BS required (preferably in engineering, computer science, business or related analytical field)
5+ years of engineering, product management or business analyst experience.
Must excel in all areas of strategy development, including project management, business analysis, problem solving, recommendation and consensus building.
Ability to manage projects cross-functionally, coordinating across businesses and organizations.
Must work well in a fast-paced and growing environment, be flexible and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
