Manpower Professional of Central Illinois has a Product Engineering Project Leader position available in Sullivan Illinois. This is a Permanent position paying depending on experience. Candidates must have 5 years related industry experience or at least 8 years related industry experience and proven track record of leading product development projects. Must have a 4-year degree from a college or university. Candidates will be responsible for leading new produce development projects, developing project schedules, leading cross-functional team meetings, and ensuring that required activities are on track. Will be developing project schedules using Microsoft project software. Report/present projects status to key management personnel. Job Title: Product Engineering Project Leader Primary Skills: Candidates with experience in agricultural, lawn and garden industries highly desired. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fasted paced environment Proven leadership abilities, self- starter with a can-do attitude.
