The Office of General Counsel of Deloitte & Touche USA LLP currently has an opportunity for an experienced Procurement Contract Attorney with an extensive background in drafting, negotiating and advising clients on the procurement of goods and services from Request-for-Proposal to contract completion. This position will support the Deloitte US Firms' centralized procurement organization and is located in Wilton, Connecticut.
In addition to a JD Degree and 4-7 years of contracting experience, other desirable skills and attributes for the position include:
- Highly developed writing and communication skills
- Strong counseling and negotiating skills
- Ability to operate successfully in a culture that values consultation and collaboration.
