Job Description:

Develop, evaluate and execute test plans for commissions and qualification of facilities, utilities, and process equipment systems. Produce FDA mandated reports and audit system records with the highest level of accuracy. Develop predictive and preventative maintenance strategies to increase efficiency.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

B.S. in Engineering in one of the following concentrations: Chemical, Mechanical Industrial, or Food Process Engineering, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience as a process or maintenance engineerExperience with developing and executing test plans Working knowledge of FDA protocolsMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Proficiency and Scheduling Software Experience

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Working knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).Working knowledge of CMMS, maintenance systems such as Maximo.  Knowledge of basic Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Engineering Practices (GEP).
