Company:

Privately held international injection molder with a diversified customer base serving several industries including: Healthcare/Medical, Consumer Goods and Automotive. This profitable company has very stable ownership and a truly global footprint.

Position:

·        Reports to the Technical Manager (Engineering Manager)

·        Will help transfer Compression and Transfer molding into Vertical and Horizontal Injection Molding

·        Will assist with Lean Manufacturing initiatives and resulting Kaizens

·        Will work out of the plant in eastern South Dakota (Lots of outdoor activities and great schools).

Requirements:

·        At least 3 years of direct hands on Rubber Injection Molding processing experience

·        Must have good Lean Manufacturing experience

·        Experience joining Rubber to Metal a plus

·        Experience with Black Rubber a plus

·        Plastic Injection Molding experience a plus

·        Green or Black Belt training/certification a plus

·        Degree preferred but not required

Compensation:

Base Salary is open
