Job Details:
QuEST is seeking a high energy Process Engineers with 4 to 7 years of experience to work onsite at our client’s facility in Stratford, CT. Depending on your experience that candidate will either provide technical support to manufacturing personnel or review Airframe structural designs for producibility. In this role you will coordinate multi-disciplinary re-design activities, manage budgets and schedules, and interface with internal and external customers. The responsibilities for this position would include some or all of the following:
Coordinate and lead resources to meet technical, development and production requirements Ensure all aspects of design, product definition, hardware procurement, validation requirements are met in a timely manner Manage budget and schedule in accordance with an Earned Value Management System process Prepare and present progress to customers and management Develop and manage risk assessment and risk mitigation plans Prepare business cases and funding proposals Review (and process) engineering changes Provide evaluation and interpretations of specifications to meet production requirements Coordinate supplier activities to meet program cost, schedule and performance metrics Act as the primary interface with selected suppliers.Requirements:
BSME or MSME with a minimum of 4 years experience Experience with SAP, Catia V4 or V5, Impact, Envoia, Solumina Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required Demonstrated ability to execute complex tasks Candidates must be US Citizen or Permanent Residents
Compensation:
