Due to a continuing influx of business at this Alabama location for an international automotive component supplier, my Client Company has an immediate opening for a Process Engineer. This is a state-of-the-art facility supplying electronic sensors and controls to automotive suppliers and OEMs.

 

The objective of the Process Engineer is to develop new processes and to support continuous improvement efforts within the facility.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Initiate new processes and equipment supporting customer requirements and continuous improvement efforts Develop, validate and monitor process systems Identify key issues that limit the plant’s efficiency and quality goalsParticipate in teamwork environment developing shop floor layouts for new product launches or improvementsConduct time studies necessaryUtilize Lean Tools as necessary to improve quality and costs

REQUIREMENTS

 

A degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical)Two years of related work experienceHigh speed high volume electronics manufacturing experience

 

COMPENSATION: To $55k plus excellent Benefit Package
