Downtown St. Paul law firm has an excellent opportunity for a probate and estate paralegal. Highly skilled candidates for this position would have more than 5 years of experience with trust, probate and settlement matters. A reliable candidate would have experience with direct communication with clients, heirs, creditors and devisees with probate matters and proceedings; prepared draft and final letters, memoranda, reports, trust, estate and probate pleadings and other legal documents and exhibits; perform routine processing of trust and estate documents; maintain client files of documents and correspondence; assist in the preparation of federal and state and death tax returns under direct attorney supervision; and assist in the preparation of other tax matters under attorney supervision to include 1041 and gift tax return. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree and/or a paralegal certificate and strong computer skills. This law firm offers exceptional benefits and competitive compensation.
