Carlile Patchen & Murphy has an immediate opening for an experienced Probate attorney.  The candidate will be responsible for the complete administration of decedents' estates, preparation of Federal and Ohio estate tax returns, preparation of final income tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns and assist beneficiaries with post mortem planning.  Applicants should possess 5+ years of probate experience, and the ability to work independently.  We offer a competitive salary, complete benefit package and free on-site parking.
