Our client has an outstanding track record, investing in growing and profitable companies across numerous industries.  With over $10 Billion raised, their current fund is valued at $3B.  Over the years, they have invested in about 300 companies, with approximately 35% completing and IPO – and another 30% completing strategic mergers or sales.

 

Their business model encourages Associates to participate in all areas of the firm – deal sourcing through diligence and execution – as well as working with the management teams of the portfolio companies.  These positions are a three year commitment and offer the opportunity for growth and promotion within that timeframe.  During your tenure, you will work both deal sourcing and execution assignments, supporting Managing Directors and investment teams with stellar reputations and terrific investment track records focused on Technology (Internet and Information Systems), Financial Services and Business Services.

 

We are looking for Pre-MBA Associates – preferably 2nd or 3rd year Investment Banking Analysts have strong transaction experience and who thrive in a fast-paced high-energy environment.  These are immediate openings.
