Responsibilities:

Responsible for selling printer maintenance/service agreements to current customers.Will assist customer by analyzing and evaluating their print requirements and costs and propose a maintenance/service agreement that will lower their overall cost and improve their service.Will ensure monthly quota is met for the assigned territory.Responsible for a minimum number of sales calls per week. Responsible for updating all sales activity and contact information daily into the Falcon database management program.

·         Responsible for coordinating meter read collection for new accounts.

Provide a high level of customer service by following through to completion on any issues uncovered in the customer’s account. Will work with the Territory Equipment Sales Rep to generate leads and grow the equipment business for the rep in the account.Must plan and organize your day to be most productive including time for writing proposals, making presentations or demonstrations, cold calling and tele-selling.Others duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent sales experience.  Experience in the office products or similar industry a plus.Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.Strong presentation and customer service skills required.Strong relationship management skills with customers and personnel within the organization required. Strong negotiation skills required.Strong organizational skills.  Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines, and use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities.Strong initiative with ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions.Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet required.Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods.Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member.

 

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

Ability to work under stress/pressure to meet deadlines and financial objectives. Ability to travel to customer sites, offsite meetings, company related functions, etc. with short notice. Valid driver’s license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage required.
