As a Wholesale Account Executive with Chase Home Lending's prime business channel, you will:
Solicit lenders to become approved brokers. Discuss programs and products. Ensure that brokers deliver quality loans at expected volume levels. Keep informed of trends and developments in the markets as well as the changing rules and regulations pertaining to conventional and government loans. Attend sales meetings and industry functions. Provide training to brokers. Cross sell ancillary products (i.e. home equity, B/C, and rural housing). Provide all required reports in a timely fashion.
NOTE: Salary structure for this position is base plus commission. Minimum of 1 year mortgage experience; wholesale and origination outside B2B sales experience strongly preferred. Understanding of conventional and government underwriting guidelines. Understanding of pricing and loan products and programs. Strong knowledge of the local broker market is essential. Ability to perform basic computer functions. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-sufficient and able to work well independently. Organized and has outstanding time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
