Are you looking for a company that you can learn and grow? Then this might be the job for you. Due to our recently announced expansion to the Batavia, Ohio facility we are currently looking for ten (10) Press Operators to join our team. Some duties include:

Verify Production Order specifications.Follow scheduled order sequence as determined by the Planner/Scheduler.Locating and using the correct job jacket. Verify that all materials are present and correct for the job to be printed. Install/Set up/Make Ready equipment as required by the Job Order specification.Verify and adhere to the finished package specifications.Responsible for properly performing all checks as required by the Process Plan of Control. Responsible for upholding Multi-Color Corporation’s philosophy, rules and regulations as well as supporting and offering suggestions on how to improve the quality and quantity of work being performed in the Printing Department. Comply with all safety rules and regulations.Comply with all PPOC documentation requirements. Produce to documented productivity standards.Produce to documented quality standards.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Minimum of 3 years Flexographic Press Operator experience. Rational, logical, fact-driven decision making. Ability to manage multiple tasks.Must be available to work a rotating shift, including nights and weekends.
