All functions of PPV/VOD, to include:
-Load and run monthly PPV events through the event scheduler
- Identify and correct all errors that may arise
- Performing all manual changes to PPV.
- Regular auditing of rate codes.
- Handle customer service, technical and dispatch issues pertaining to billing.
- Support both the Manager and Director of the Billing department with special projects that may arise.
- Monitorthe various weekly and monthly sports packages and conducting weekly test where applicable.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred,
High school Diploma required
- Three (3)years minimum cable experience specific to PPV/VOD in DST
- Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel and Word
- Ability to work in fast pace environment
- Solid Oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work off hours on occasions
- Ability to work overtime, as needed.
