RED CAPITAL GROUP seeks a highly motivated individual to join our Loan Servicing and Asset Management Group as a Portfolio Specialist.  The primary focus of the position will be to provide outstanding service to internal and external clients, and to aid in the management and administration of our complex loan servicing portfolio through the superior execution of several core functions.  These functions include, but are not limited to loan set-up, financial statement and inspection review, capital improvement releases, loan document compliance, UCC continuations or terminations, and daily customer service inquiries.  Portfolio Specialists service loans from loan closing through payoff. 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

·   Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate or Business;

·   At least one year of experience in commercial mortgage servicing or commercial asset management.  Experience in servicing FHA or Ginnie Mae loans a plus;

·   Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills;

·   Excellent organizational and analytical skills;

·  Ability to work well under pressure, adjust to varied workloads and handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency;

·   Ability to work independently, and yet function as a highly effective member of the team;

·   Intermediate to high level PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Access;

·   An excellent customer service attitude.
