MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
ZLB Plasma is one of the world’s largest collectors and suppliers of non-specific and specialty antibody products. We currently have an opening for a Management Trainee.
This position is an entry level, active training position that usually leads to advancement to higher Plasma Center Management positions within the organization. Promotion into different level Management positions may require relocation within the United States.
The individual performs the duties, under guidance and supervision, of a plasma collection Center Manager. Training/duties may include:

Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred or equivalent combination of work experience and education. Minimum of one year front line supervisory experience with administrative duties required. Must be customer service oriented, with supervisory skills and some accounting and budgeting knowledge.
