As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of a section of the plant and deputize for the Production Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards for all garments and other goods, with a focus on providing outstanding service to our customers.  You will help to recruit and build a strong team in your plant. It is important to coordinate and have a strong relationship with the sales and service team. You will need to direct and supervise plant employees and provide a motivational environment.

A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 3-4 years of production experience is required for this position. You need to demonstrate positive results in productive labor standards and work measurements and have strong customer service skills. The skills in management, labor relations, and communication are essential to this role. Previous responsibility in P & L, budget, and OSHA is preferred. A safety-oriented attitude is beneficial and important. Previous experience gained in a Production environment within the Uniform Services industry / an industrial laundry is highly advantageous.
