Job Summary:

Virginia based food manufacturer is looking for a seasoned Plant or Maintenance Manager to join their management team. Candidate needs to be a take charge “hands-on” individual who is ready to take on the challenge of implementing change.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

· Oversee Maintenance Personnel

· Manage multiple projects

· Negotiate and manage contractor relationships

· Assist Plant Manager when necessary

Education/Experience:

· 5-10 years of Plant Manager or Maintenance Manager experience

· Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred

· Engineering degree a big plus

· Strong communication and leadership skills a must
