Provides expertise for engineering design, installation, operation, trouble shooting and maintenance of SPL facilities to insure profitable operations. Manages capital projects, which includes; project scope, AFE preparation, engineering design, specification preparation, selection of contractor and/or equipment, material procurement, project and construction management, and cost tracking. Travel required.

BS Engineering degree (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical). Requires a person who has broad experience and in depth knowledge in engineering discipline, operation and maintenance of pipelines and marine terminals. Knowledge of high pressure pipeline hydraulics, industry codes and regulations; measurement; leadership ability, strong PC skills and strong verbal and written communications skills with all levels of management, field and professionals. Team player, customer oriented.
