Page is located in Northern Arizona, 60 miles from the Grand Canyon and Lake Powell. Page Hospitalserves the Navajo reservation, rural communities and thousands of tourists who visit Lake Powelland the canyon lands in far northern Arizonaeach year.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluating and treating patients primarily in the hospital-based outpatient clinic, with inpatient, school district and home-health clientele as well.

 

Requirements:

Graduate of a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association Current Arizona licensure in Physical TherapyPrior experience in orthopedics is desirable
