Provides and directs Physical Therapy services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides.

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Science or Masters in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
2. Successful completion of the Physical Therapy Exam as outlined by the state guidelines.

License to practice physical therapy within the state
