Job Details:
Provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments in the home, long term care facilities, and school systems. EDUCATION: A graduate from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. Membership in American Physical Therapy Association desired. Licensed by the State of Maine to practice as a Registered Physical Therapist. EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two years' practical experience preferable. Highly effective communication a psychosocial skills with doctors, patients, and their families, and home health team. WORKING CONDITIONS: Travel and performance of treatment in varying private and nursing home setting required. Reliable auto, automobile liability, and documentation of valid driver's license required.
