Pharmacist Job Summary

This is a day position with rotating evenings. The candidate will rotate between clinical and staffing The position requires work every third or forth weekend Practice Agreements (allows for pharmacists to make necessary changes to therapy without having to call a physician) in place with physicians Computerized Physician Order Entry for over 10 years Pyxis Machines Opportunities for career advancement.

Must be a licensed registered pharmacist in the state of Conn.
