Public Sector Partners, an innovative and unique healthcare consulting company which manages a variety of healthcare related programs, is seeking an Administrator, Pharmacy Benefit Management Program for the Office of Medicaid Business and Policy (OMBP) in Concord, New Hampshire.  The Administrator will be an employee of Public Sector Partners and will work in the OMBP’s office in Concord, New Hampshire.

 

The Administrator is responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership to the Pharmacy Services program and will report to the Medicaid Medical Director.  The Administrator will collaborate with external consultants and State personnel to develop, implement and maintain the pharmacy benefit management program and will provide strategic oversight to the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Advisory Committee.  The Administrator will provide leadership for the development and implementation of a variety of new initiatives, including e-prescribing and the Deficit Reduction Act Medicaid initiatives which will require the New Hampshire Medicaid program to reconfigure its reimbursement algorithms.

 

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a college of pharmacy or department of a university accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education, and licensure by the New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy are required.    Also required are a minimum of six years of experience as a Pharmacist, preferably in a hospital or institution, three years of which must have been in a management level position involving administrative or supervisory duties concerned with program administration, program planning and evaluation, business management or related management experience.  Strong communication and problem solving skills are necessary.
