Ability to meet the pharmaceutical care needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients as required by practice setting. Ability to educate healthcare professionals and coordinate clinical initiatives efficiently with a customer service focus. Ability to work well in a team environment with all levels of staff. Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Skilled in observation and review of clinical pharmacy procedure and application. Detail oriented with an ability to prioritize workload with effective time management skills. Comfortable working in a fast pace, high-pressure environment.
