This position is responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients and staff at Cassia Regional Medical Center and Outpatient operations.  This position is also responsible to participate in continuous quality improvement and educational programs.  The Staff Pharmacist reports to the Pharmacy Manager and leads Pharmacy Technicians.  Responsible for providing high quality pharmaceutical care to patients, staff, customers and physicians.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy. Requires a license to practice pharmacy and dispense controlled substances in the State of Idaho. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal relations skills required with self-initiative and leadership qualities. 2 year hospital pharmacy experience preferred, but not required
