Pharmacist - Clinical Inpatient setting

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy preferred-Pharm D. 

You must posses at least a year of pharmacist experience in an outpatient and/or inpatient capacity. 

Must have or in process of getting a State Pharmacist license.

The Clinical Pharmacist will provide accurate compounding, dispensing, and evaluation of patient’s pharmacy care.  Functions as an extension of the Department in the patient care areas. 

Provides drug information to hospital staff concerning reaction, interaction, and contraindication as well as new drug information. 

Assist Director in performing quality management of clinical services provided by the Pharmacy, per JCAHO guidelines.  Serves as a training and education resource and follows development of department personnel; and is in conjunction with the Rules and Regulations of the State Pharmacy Act. 

This position provides a high level of quality service to patients of all ages found within the scope of services.
