A leader in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is in need of several Customer Service Representatives to assist in answering a variety of customer service questions for their diverse range of clients and products.
This is an inbound call center position.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and react quickly.
- Good PC skills.
* Hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM start time - 8-hr shifts.
* A background check and drug test are required.
* This position pays $13.50/hr, potential temp-to-hire with a great company on the cutting edge of drug development.
