Our client, a leading manufacturer of biotech specialty pharmaceuticals is promoting their current Hospital Sales Representative and has asked us to locate a new Clinical Marketing Manager to sell their vaccines to staff Pediatricians and NICUs at hospitals. Ideally based in or near Pittsburgh, this territory covers the Western Pennsylvania area.

The candidate we seek will have a 4 year degree and 3-5 years of hospital-based pharmaceutical sales experience with a documented track record of success. Experience selling vaccines and injectibles or selling to Pediatricians and/or the NICU is strongly preferred and experience with reimbursement issues is helpful. Candidates without hospital-based pharmaceutical sales experience cannot be considered for this position.

The successful candidate can expect to earn $150-170K the first year based on a starting salary of $70-90K (depending on experience) plus an incentive plan that adds $80K at goal, but could be higher based on personal performance. Many of the Clinical Marketing Managers in this company are currently earning bonuses of $100K or more. In addition, you will receive a company car and an excellent benefit package.
