PERSONAL BANKER – UNION HILLS

 

 

Parkway Bank Arizona, a subsidiary of Parkway Bancorp, Inc., a $1.9 billion community bank, is expanding its operations in the Phoenix area.  We are seeking customer-focused individuals to assist clients with their financial needs at our new branch at Union Hills & Tatum.

 

The Personal Banker will be responsible for opening checking, savings, certificates of deposit, IRA’s, etc.  At Parkway, our Bankers maintain a high level of product knowledge, must be able to explain the various bank products and cross-sell bank services.  Accurately completes all account documentation and maintains customer accounts according to federal regulations and bank policy.  Our employees provide customers with high quality service by answering questions or resolving customer account issues. 

 

Requirements of the position include:

 

Minimum three years customer related bank experienceStrong customer service and sales skillsEffective oral and written communication skillsGood attention to detail and accuracyComputer proficiency including Word and ExcelAbility to work varied hours/days as needed
