The BearingPoint Enterprise Business Management Team (EBM) is currently searching for a Performance Management Specialist. Location/s: Washington, DC; McLean, VA Relocation: No Performance Profile: Works at the interface between the business, IT, and to develop and determine a performance measurement framework to measure desired outcomes that can be used to measure overall business impact Define the mission and customer performance measures linked to EBMs goals and objectives Develop the performance-architecture framework that determines performance impacts Further define relative measures for these performance areas Define a method to monitor, analyze, and report performance progress Monitor the ongoing impact of performance on the organizations transition strategy Responsible for identifying and mitigating performance-based risk associated with transition, and may manage the performance recommendations through to completion Position-specific Required Skills: Bachelors Degree 4+ years consulting experience 1+ years Federal Government experience 1+ years Performance management analysis experience Position-specific Desired Skills: Detail and process orienteda self-starter Excellent verbal/written communication, analytical & interpersonal skills Knowledge and practical experience in full systems development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies Knowledge of SDLC, Business Strategy development, and EA frameworks, including FEA, FEAF, DoDAF or Zachmann Understanding of the relationships between Enterprise Architecture and enterprise governance, investment control, and program reviews Business, Performance, Segment Architecture Development using Federal Enterprise Architecture guidance Experienced with Requirements Gathering and Analysis Experienced with Relational/Process Modeling (UML) and Business Process Modeling (BPM) Logistics: Travel requirement: None BearingPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability or any other basis covered by law.
