Our client, a leading hospital in Baltimore, MD, is actively searching for an RN with Quality and/or Performance Improvement experience. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong attention to detail. An understanding of Joint Commissions, Quality Improvement processes is desired. Along with the ability to communicate effectively to senior levels within the hospital.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

Registered Nurse with current MD license

Quality Improvement experience

Experience within a quality department coordinating the patient care review process

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Experience analyzing and interpreting data
