Job Description:

Play vital role in the design, development and implementation of key Peoplesoft integrated cross application development initiatives, designing creative solutions to complex business security requirements for a very large and globally dispersed user population.

Serve as primary resource for security design and development for the full life cycle of development projects. Assist customer to identify, quantify, and document security needs Architect and maintain PeopleSoft security across a host of instances (DEV, TST, CNV, PRD etc.) Architect and maintain integrated PeopleSoft security across application zones (HCM, EPM, ELM, Finance, T&L, Global Payroll, etc.) Use knowledge of PeopleSoft Security to maximize features and functionality in support of identified customer requirements Make recommendations to improve, streamline and automate PeopleSoft Security Configure/develop security objects that adhere to Oracle/Peoplesoft development standards and best practices. Evaluate the impact of custom modifications on both the system and the batch processes to include the DIMHRS integrated security infrastructure Produce Technical documentation to support all phases of the development life cycle, so that it may be interpreted, maintained and enhanced Assist in mentoring program resources in Security Architecture and Administration

Requirements:

Required Skills/Knowledge:

Hands on experience with Peoplesoft 8.9 or higher security Defining client requirements, designing customizations, conversions and interfaces; Business process/best practices knowledge; Business analysis including business process modeling. Package implementation/life cycle methodology. Excellent client management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. In-depth understanding of PeopleSoft delivered security functionality (User Profiles, Roles, Permission Lists, Portal Security Sync, security sets, etc.) Experience setting up and maintaining security for and across multiple PS product lines including: HCM, FSM, EPM, ELM and PA. Ability to support and customize PeopleSoft Security functionality In depth knowledge of PeopleTools Security process and tables Extensive experience integrating security through LDAP and 3rd party tools. Must have a minimum of 4 years of software analysis, development, design and customization of ERP applications. Hands-on Experience with PS Application Designer. US Citizenship. Must be able to pass a DOD Secret security clearance

Desired Skills/Knowledge:

Experience implementing Peoplesoft security sets. Experience/familiarity with IBM Tivoli security products. Security experience in a UDB/DB2 database architecture.
