Primary Function:

The basic function of the Store Manager is to drive profitable sales growth.  This must be accomplished through development of a positive and productive store environment that ensures equal, premier customer service, customer retention, as well as outstanding associate/doctor satisfaction, supervision and retention.

 

The essential functions of this position include the following:

Drive profitable store sales by fostering a customer-focused, retail selling culture Retention of high-quality Doctors Recruit, train, develop, motivate and retain world class AssociatesEnsure each store is effectively merchandised and presented Ensure high quality/timely product fabrication Timely implementation of approved sales driving programs Maximize managed vision care relationships and sales opportunities

 

Position Requirements include:

Ability to recruit and select high quality Associates and DoctorsProven experience and results with a retail or customer service establishmentAbility to train, coach and develop excellent customer focused, sales and results oriented Associates/teamsAbility to present and implement decisive and creative solutions to issues/opportunities to grow the businessAbility to provide enthusiastic and concise communication to meet/exceed customer expectations as well as foster positive and results-oriented Associate/Doctor relationships.Proven track record of sales growth through sales skills, techniques, “salesmanship” and accountability for sales resultsAffinity for store merchandising and attention to detailOther duties as assigned by the Regional Manager which include but are not limited toBank DepositsCleanliness of retail and non-retail areas in the storeSecuring of the locationAdherence to all Company policies and procedures
