Essential Skills:Responsible for servicing and maintaining Walgreens Health Initiatives pharmacy mail order, retail, and integrated product client programs; Responsible for developing and maintaining Walgreens Health Initiatives client relationships; Provides programs and services customized to the clients’ needs; Analyzes utilization reports and recommends modifications for client programs; Responsible for marketing/selling Walgreens Health Initiatives products, to include formal presentations and travel to client locations. Responsible for client renewal process and negotiation of contracts, amendments.
Qualifications:Excellent oral and written communication and problem solving skills; Excellent relationship building skills; Ability to prepare presentations and present to large groups; Understanding of Federally and State funded programs, i.e., Medicaid, Medicare, etc.; Ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop recommendations for improvement; Must be able to manage multiple complex projects and tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines; Proficient in MS Excel for use in analyzing data; Prior PBM or Healthcare experience required; Bachelors degree or relevant years of experience; Project management, account management or sales experience preferred.
