Position Description: Position Summary:
Supervise Payroll Coordinators to assure timely completion of all payroll forms, time sheets and benefits forms for employees and faculty for EDMC Online Higher Education. Coordinate payroll information for faculty of other Brand schools who are teaching at our Online school(s) and a Brand school at the same time.
Key Job Elements:
1. Supervise Payroll Coordinators in timely completion of all payroll related matters.
2. Coordinate entry of payroll adjustment forms, timesheets, and status changes on a timely basis. Review for accuracy and prepare information to be included for biweekly submission to Corporate Payroll for processing.
3. Working with Payroll Coordinator(s), review and reconcile payment schedule information for all adjunct instructors of the various Brand schools.
4. Ensure all supervisors receive and submit appropriate payroll forms.
5. Assist in the preparation of annual reports. Coordinate and interact with HR personnel to assure accuracy and timeliness of information.
6. Respond to employees’ questions relating to payroll or paycheck information, resolve issues on a timely basis.
7. Prepare payroll reports from Lawson to management.
8. Work with Controller to reconcile biweekly payroll reports for Finance.
9. Assist with or perform special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements:Position Requirements:
1. BS degree in Business or other equivalent degree/experience required.
2. 5+ years of Payroll, Human Resources or Accounting experience. Expereince with Lawson or eTime software preferred.
3. 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
4. High comfort level within a computerized environment.
5. MS Office proficiency required (Word, Excel, Access, etc).
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Attention to detail – organized and accurate.
8. Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
