Position Title: Patent Associate
Job Function: Patent Prosecution
Location: Portland, OR

We are seeking a 3-5 year attorney in our Portland OR office, for patent prosecution, infringement/validity opinions and patent litigation support for patents involving computer architecture and software. Therefore besides your Law degree you MUST have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science or Applied Physics with a solid understanding of computer architecture and software. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science or Applied Physics
3-5 year attorney with experience in patent prosecution involving computer architecture and software. Patent prosecution experience should include: patent prosecution, infringement/validity opinions and patent litigation support
Candidates must be self-directed and able to work independently
Must have excellent academic credentials, writing skills and references.
MUST provide law school transcript and a brief writing sample for consideration.

Responsiblities:
Patent prosecution, infringement/validity opinions and patent litigation support for patents involving computer architecture and software
