The Parts Manager is responsible for selling marine equipment and supplies such as fixtures, pumps, instruments, cordage, paints, motor parts, and water sport equipment and other accessories. The Parts Manager provides exceptional customer service and oversees parts staff. All new Parts Manager's will be afforded a hands-on comprehensive training program (depending on experience) to learn every facet of our parts and accessories operations followed by a profit center assignment.

Ideal candidates will be high-energy professionals, friendly and upbeat, experienced running a busy parts and accessories department in a retail operation with a strong customer relationship component and be motivated for success! Close attention to detail and process driven with strong leadership ability are a must!

Marine industry experience and a passion for boating are a plus! Willingness to work weekends a must!
