Become our Ford of Wilbraham, MA Parts Manager. Beginning day one, you will be responsible for proactively leading our Ford Parts Department and creating the very best customer experience. Responsibilities:
Leading and motivating our Parts Department staff
Ensuring that the Parts department meets all financial goals

Requirements

5+ years of successful parts experience at a dealership

High CSI and must excel in customer service skills
Proven supervisory capability
Effective motivational and interpersonal abilities
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated organizational capabilities
