The ProCurve Partner Account Manager effectively recruits, on-boards, develops, and collaboratively sells with channel partners to successfully achieve their sales targets.  The successful Partner Account Manager will be a creative solution provider creating the engagement with existing, and new partners, to extend the company’s sales reach into the marketplace.  They will also identify and leverage partners who can provide value-added services that support the business unit’s objective.  They will be fully responsible for implementing the sales strategies that align with the business unit’s objectives. They will develop and work on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope, exercise independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. They will act as a team or project leader providing direction, facilitating information and validating decision process. ·         5 or more years of verifiably successful channel sales experience.·         2 or more years of networking or similar high-technology experience.·         Excellent time management, communication, prioritization and negotiation skills.·         Account planning skills with the experience in up-sell and cross-sell strategies.·         Team orientation.·         Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
