If so, Educate Online, America's leading provider of live at-home tutoring for at-risk students, is looking to hire a team of Field Marketing Representatives to assist with recruiting students to participate in our free online tutoring program.

We are seeking part-time Field Marketing Representatives to help us recruit students to participate in our online tutoring program. As a marketing representative, you will canvass various communities (including libraries and community events) to inform parents of our free tutoring program.



Other duties include:

Door to door canvassing in targeted communities
Ability to articulate the benefits of our program to principals, parents and students
Collecting leads for student enrollment and following them through to the application process
Working with local businesses, schools, families, etc in your area to advertise our program and generate enrollments and application leads
Daily reporting of recruitment results
Attending fairs/events to professionally present our program and generate student enrollment

The ideal candidate will be comfortable talking to students and parents from all backgrounds to tell them about the benefits of selecting our free online tutoring service.



Field Marketing Reps must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends a minimum of 25 hours per week. Hired candidates can expect to work 25 - 29 hours per week during our recruitment season.

- Must be able to pass a fingerprinting and background check

- Must have reliable transportation to travel to schools/community based events

- Spanish Bilingual skill preferred

- Previous sales, marketing, non-profit, or experience working in inner city communities strong plus

- Reliable access to a computer with internet access preferred
