Valley Hope is an association of healthcare facilities for the treatment of alcoholism and other drug addictions. We currently operate 26 residential and outpatient treatment centers in seven states, including Texas, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arizona. Valley Hope is a treatment program based on the disease concept of the 12 Steps & 12 Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous.  We have an opening for a Part Time Cook I at our Grapevine Valley Hope residential facility. The part time cook position prepares daily meals, maintains kitchen, dining hall, all equipments, food, and utensils in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.

Here is what we need:
*  Ability to work a flexible schedule.
* High school diploma or GED.
* Previous experience as an institutional or professional cook.
* Ability to organize work and carry out routine daily assignments without extensive supervision. 
* Ability to use material and equipment associated with a large kitchen.

Part time Cook salary ranges from $7.83 to $8.23 depending on education, credentials, and experience. Valley Hope offers some part time benefits, including the cafeteria plan, personal time off, and Aflac supplemental insurance.
